Active power manufacturer of Flywheel UPS systems , reports net profit of $ 55,000 in the third
quarter of 2010, which is the first quarterly net profit in its 18-year history and the highest ever
quarterly revenue $ 18.5 million, as well as $ 45.6 million revenue for the first 9 month of fiscal

New Ponemon Institute survey, sponsored by Emerson Network Power, analyzes survey
responses of U.S.data center professionals, revealing that 95% of companies experienced an

Emerson's announces Inclusion of Trinergy UPS in Energy Technology Product List ( ETPL).
Emerson Network Power, a business of Emerson, announces that its Chloride Trinergy™ UPS
was added to the Carbon Trust’s Energy Technology Product List (ETPL). The list registers
products that, under the Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) scheme, allows businesses to write

Active Power Receives 11Megawatt Order from Search Engine Provider
Active Power Inc, manufacturer of Flywheel UPS systems has received its fourth multimillion
dollar order from an Internet search engine provider for its CleanSource UPS systems.
Equipment will begin shipping in late 2010 with final shipment and installation to take place in early
2011.The Company reported that this is the fourth order from this customer during the last three
years, and upon its installation Active Power will have deployed more than 36 megawatts
