Para system manufacturer Minuteman UPS, announced a marketing and sales agreement with General
Electric’s Power Quality division, to distribute GE's three phase series. The agreement enables Para

three phase 10 to 60kVA LP33 Series, and up to 750kVA with GE's GT Three Phase UPS Series,

APC reports 59% drop in income while cash flow grows.
Schneider Electric's UPS Power and Cooling Division of which APC is a major component reports first
six month 2009 results, showing that sales decline by 17.7% to 1.13 Billion Euro, Net income fell
59.3% to 346million Euro, while free cash flow rose by 7.6%. The management expects organic sales
